Pressure Washing Isn't Always the Answer
There’s a reason A-1 offers both pressure washing and soft washing.
High-pressure water works well on durable surfaces such as concrete, pavers, and other hardscape. But putting that same pressure on siding, roof shingles, wood, stucco, or painted surfaces can cause unnecessary damage.
Soft washing uses low-pressure water and a biodegradable cleaning solution to break down dirt, mold, algae, and mildew. The cleaning solution does the heavy lifting rather than excessive water pressure.
We use pressure when the surface calls for it. We don’t use it just because it’s there.
